I'm going to tell you about my professional experience.
For over 18 years I have been involved in the world of sports, as an aerobics and fitness instructor and personal trainer.
My interest in physical well-being and my total dedication led me to the world of alternative therapies, treating health from its deepest aspects (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual).
20 years of experience as a Holistic Therapist, certified in various energy therapy techniques: Reiki Master, Professional Massage Therapist, Bach Flowers, Crystal Therapy, Phytotherapy, Quantum and Informational Biofeedback Technology.

I currently offer face-to-face consultations between Girona, Ibiza, and Madrid.
My main focus is online sessions.
I collaborate and develop Detox, Anti-stress, Personal Growth, and Music-movement Healing retreats with other professionals.
